About Bravura

Bravura Nova Scotia is a volunteer group that supports performing arts students and teachers through scholarships, bursaries, prizes, and fellowships.

Our History

Founded in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 1921, Bravura NS initially supported the work of the Maritime Conservatory of Performing Arts. Over the years, it has expanded its mandate to include a growing number of performing arts education institutions, including the Kiwanis Music Festival and Conservatory Nova Scotia Association.
